At concept 11, we provide HR services and solutions in support of business change, objectives and results. We will develop and implement policies to help deliver functional goals, manage cultural and organisational change, build capability and performance, develop talent, and help leaders improve employee engagement.

Our HR Services can provide:

  • Expert guidance, support and advice to businesses on all HR related issues and employment law developments. 

  • Help to establish HR functions from the basics upwards; implementing policies, employee handbooks and revising Terms & Conditions in accordance with legislation updates.

  • Support and advise on all employee relation issues, from minor through to complex, and collective matters from investigations through to dismissal and appeal.

  • Advise on performance and medical related capability processes.

  • Design recruitment and selection processes to ensure cost effective and timely recruitment to meet business requirements.

  • Advice and support on TUPE transfers, redundancies, re-organisation and relocation exercises, in line with business requirements.

  • Review HR documentation already in place, including contracts of employment, training and evaluation documentation, Health & Safety policies and procedures.
